The Krämer GP2-990X brings a new dimension to the GP2 platform, combining the performance and engineering of a purpose-built race motorcycle with the aggressive styling and ergonomics of a hypernaked machine. Developed exclusively for track use, the GP2-990X is designed for riders who want the performance of a thoroughbred race bike with the distinctive riding experience of a hooligan.

Responding to the growing popularity of large-displacement naked motorcycles at track events, Krämer reconfigured the GP2-990R to address a segment that traditionally relied on modified street bikes. Krämer applied the dedicated racing philosophy to this purpose-built naked platform.

The GP2-990X features an aggressive bodywork-free design that emphasizes the mechanical character. Its flat handlebar configuration provides a more upright riding position, while still allowing riders to maintain precision and control while enjoying an engaging riding experience. The ergonomics ensure riders can push their maximum pace all day with less fatigue and more comfort.

A new GP-style exhaust also debuts on the GP2-990R and GP2-990X, delivering a distinctive exhaust sound and aggressive racing character. Developed to complement the motorcycle’s performance-oriented design, the exhaust system brings an unmistakable presence to the track.

Underneath the hypernaked styling, the GP2-990X retains the quality engineering and components associated with the Krämer GP2 platform.

The hooligan nature of the Krämer GP2-990X is backed by race-proven technologies and components, with top-shelf brakes from Brembo, suspension from WP, and electronics from Mectronik. These components provide performance, control, and adjustability expected from a dedicated track motorcycle.

The GP2-990X is homologated for competition in the MotoAmerica Super Hooligans class, further demonstrating its focus on track performance and its capabilities as a serious racing platform.
